Uni foods
UniFoods is a digital-first food bank concept developed to address the growing issue of food insecurity among university students. The aim of the project was to rethink traditional food bank systems and reimagine them through a modern, student-focused lens—delivering support in a way that feels accessible, empowering, and non-stigmatizing.
Recognizing that today’s students are digitally native, I designed UniFoods as a mobile app that combines functionality with a bold, contemporary aesthetic. The interface is intentionally clean and intuitive, making it easy for users to browse available food items, book pickup slots, or access nutritional advice without friction. To reflect its forward-thinking mission, the app features a vibrant visual identity—balancing bright, optimistic colors with simple iconography to convey both approachability and innovation.
Beyond the core app design, I created a series of promotional mockups and expansion concepts, including campus-based kiosk interfaces, delivery packaging, and social media campaigns. These assets were developed to show how UniFoodscould grow into a fully integrated support system—bridging technology and community to help students thrive during difficult times.
This project reflects my passion for socially driven design, as well as my commitment to using creativity and technology to solve real-world problems in a meaningful way.
